Jarman staff provided the best customer service I've experienced in the 42 years I've lived in Philadelphia. Everything went smoothly from my first contact through installation. The installation was scheduled quickly and the unit is working perfectly. The installers were friendly, quick, and took care to be very clean around the work area and leave everything back in place. My experience from beginning to end was excellent. I was referred to this company by a fellow resident in a Center City high rise who had a very similar experience. I can't say enough about Jarman's Services as well as owner, Bob and installers Ron, Anthony and Mike. We had a 2 year old through the wall unit that broke, long story with obtaining parts etc., so Bob decided to replace it and give us a whole new unit. You just don't find that commitment today along with their excellent work ethics, professionalism and customer respect. I would have given them 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Bob and staff. P.S. The speed of the group is the speed of the leader and this is certainly reflected in Bob's staff. They are excellent!
